Hydrocarb Energy Corporation is a privately held energy exploration and production company targeting major under-explored oil and gas projects in emerging, highly prospective regions of the world. With headquarters in Houston, Texas we maintain offices in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Windhoek, Namibia.

While maintaining an emphasis in negotiating and managing production sharing contracts with countries around the world, we seek energy investment opportunities in politically and technically challenging areas where high-risk geopolitical and economic conditions have caused significant oil and gas plays to be overlooked or underdeveloped to date.

Hydrocarb holds an exploration license for four blocks in the Owambo Basin covering 21,000 square kilometers. The license area extends from the Etosha Pan to the Angola border.
